About Serbia Setup

Local coordination for founders who need clarity.

We bring the legal, document, registration and banking workstreams into one understandable process — in English, from Belgrade.

Why we exist

Serbia can be a practical base. The process should feel practical too.

International founders often receive fragments of advice: one answer from a registry, another from a notary and a different list from a bank. Serbia Setup coordinates those dependencies so you can make decisions with the full picture.

Our role is to prepare, organise and communicate. We do not replace independent legal, tax or banking decisions, and we do not promise approvals that belong to authorities or banks.
